For HFMA’s 2021 Annual Conference, I led the full event branding and experience design, creating a cohesive visual system applied across digital signage, social campaigns, slide decks, print collateral, wayfinding, and on-site installations. Inspired by the Northern Lights, the branding conveyed renewal and focus, ensuring a polished and consistent attendee experience from first impression to closing session.

Conference goers were greeted with a wrap around LED signs.

The sign wrapped around the entire loft space.

LED signs were placed throughout the conference space for an immersive conference experience.

Digital wayfinding signs were placed throughout the entire conference center, guiding people to the various breakout rooms.

Social and paid ad campaign leading up to the conference, "Your guide to living like a native Minnesotan." We leaned into things that are uniquely Minnesota like hot dish and duck, duck, grey duck.
